About Nino Baglione
Born in Cape Town, South Africa in 1977, I moved to London in 1996. Having grown up in a very sports-orientated environment with a supportive family, I have always been actively involved in outdoor sports.
At the age of 10, I was introduced to cycling by my uncle and have been road racing ever since. As a teenager I took up the growing sport of duathlon (running and cycling combined) and at the age of 19, entered my first UK triathlon. Since then I have spent my spare time training and racing triathlons over a variety of distances from the standard Olympic distance to the long distance “Ironman” races, representing Great Britain at the Half Ironman World Championships.
I balance my training with a full-time job at Artemis in London, where I head up the hedge fund operations team.
